Kitchen, location, and also friendly and kind staff and the owner. Nearby Lidl market.
The person in dorm listened loudly movie in the night. That was just a problem.

luckily I only slept here, it was unclean and not a place travelers should stay.
Near a grocery store and tram stop. Late check-in possible. Not too crowded. One of the 3 staff members I met was helpful and tried, but language barriers were difficult.
not clean at all. Moldy shower curtains. No hand soap in any of the WC areas, we just had a pandemic! Upon checking in, charged a higher amount than shown in my booking email. common kitchen dirty and uninviting. No fans or ventilation in hot summer days. The front door was always open to the streets, unsafe. WC doors that don't lock. Please do not stay here. The kitchen shows signs of serious neglect of cleaning, more than you can blame on a lazy guest. The WC showers don't drain well and the curtains are disgusting. How hard is it to wash something once in a while?
